Terms of delivery

1. Service scope

Ataboy Express provides pickup, transit, and proof-of-delivery services within supported cities in Nigeria. Estimated arrival times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary due to traffic, weather, security, or operational constraints.

2. Booking & pricing

• Fees are quoted at booking based on distance, vehicle type, weight, and add-ons.
• You must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, receiver contact, and parcel details.
• Business partners may receive invoiced rates under separate commercial agreements.

3. Prohibited items

We do not carry illegal goods, cash, hazardous materials, perishable items without proper packaging, or high-value items above declared limits without prior approval. Ataboy may refuse or return any shipment that violates these rules.

4. Proof of delivery

Deliveries may require receiver confirmation via OTP, signature, or photo proof. If the receiver is unavailable, reroute or return fees may apply according to the quote shown at booking.

5. Liability

Compensation for loss or damage is limited to the declared value submitted at booking and subject to investigation. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded unless required by applicable law.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations before rider assignment are fully refundable. After assignment or pickup, partial fees may apply to cover dispatch and rider time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
